Tokens placed in the freezer are tokens that must be purchased from another player. Once the freezer timer for a particular token has ended, players may purchase this token from the Action Token Marketplace until the next token freeze.  If enough demand builds for the frozen token at the Action Marketplace price, the ICE will shatter and the freeze will end immediately.  This allows players to buy again at the low entry price to re-sell during the next FREEZE.
